Nosso objetivo foi usar tons mais claros nos revestimentos e nas cores de tintas, mas trazer a sofistica\u00e7\u00e3o com as esquadrias pretas. Por ser um condom\u00ednio fechado, existem regras a se seguir na hora de iniciar o projeto. Por exemplo, neste condom\u00ednio n\u00e3o \u00e9 permitido o muro frontal nas casas pois n\u00e3o a necessidade devido a seguran\u00e7a refor\u00e7ada que o condom\u00ednio cont\u00e9m.
